The Store

Sharp-eyed readers have noticed that I recently set up an Amazon store. Curious readers want to know why.

When Gord asked me what I've read, I realized that some readers, some day, might want to read up, too. Setting up the store is one way to list both what I've read and what I intend to read. The list may be used as a starting point for interested readers.

I have no expenses with this blog (unless I decide to upgrade Site Meter and FeedBurner). I have no plans to upgrade either one (although I reserve the right to do so), so all proceeds from the store will go to charity.

I have no idea which one. Not the church, which already gets its fair share, and not my other usual charity, so I'd like the money to go somewhere else, preferably humanitarian. Suggestions are welcome and will be filed away for future reference.

It's early, so there's no sense in deciding right now. It might be ages before we hit the $100 minimum Amazon payout. But when the time comes, I promise to involve you all in the decision.

In the future, all Amazon links on this blog will be affiliate links, proceeds from which will also go toward supporting the charity of our choice. In the meantime, browse the store.
